Vampire Ranks

Leaders of the Vampires, strongest of them all. It is their responsibility to keep the Vampires safe, boosting their numbers and keeping them all in line. Delegating for the good of the race, that is how the Dominus operates.



The rank of Domina will be shared between three females. The Dominus is rather old fashioned. Each will have a different impact on his life, but he shall love all the same. The four of them shall reside within Domina's Abode. They do not have to like one another, but they must get along.


Male: Dominus Demetri

Right hand to the Dominus and second in command. They are the second strongest pair of vampires, often granted another ability which is taught to them by the Dominus himself. It is a great honor to serve as Prorex, but much is required of them. They work alongside the Dominus and in case his life were to be threatened, they would give up their own to keep him safe. Thus is their burden.


Male and Female do not have to be in a relationship, but they must be able to work together.

The Marchionem are third in command and regulate the borders, making sure there are no newborns being brought to the clan without the Dominus' approval. They report any advances from the enemies and delegate Knights to form together and fight. They often act as spies for the Vampires as well.


The pair does not have to be in relation to one another.

The Vicecome are responsible of training their Knights. With the increase of Werewolves and Human technology, they must be on their toes and ready at all times. Fourth in command, they can make decisions once all others are either weakened or injured.

The full aggressive force of the clan. They carry out their orders, scoping for prey, hunting and even getting into rather small fights with other races. They are brave and strong, trained in their abilities and ready for any challenge. They listen to their Dominus and Domina, and other higher ranks as well. Select few rank up in the Vampire world, proving themselves better than the rest.

Same name for plural and singular. Agrestis is the lowest rank of the clan. They are normally given to newborns, still learning their abilities. They are powerful yes, but lack self control. They tend to kill without even trying, or harm the ones they care for and must be watched closely.

Although Vampires have a quick healing ability, it sometimes needs the assistance of those trained in medicine. Newborns have a higher chance of becoming injured as their bodies are adjusting to the changes, forcing them to become vulnerable. Quaesitors use their knowledge to prolong the lives of vampires, as well as fighting cures for sunlight and garlic, which they both have been successful.

Tasked with caring for the young Vampires, they help them with their changing. Sometimes they are called to help newborn adults, as they are very strong and often cannot control themselves. Many times Vampires will care for their young, but it is too risky to take them out during hunts or fights with other races. To be cautious, they added the Nutrix.

Discipulus is a rank given to those who have either been born a vampire, bitten at a young age, or are young in their years, wishing to become a higher rank. When they are ready to be more responsible, they will be promoted.
