| Evening's phasing glow was just at it's peak upon the horizon, shimmering over the lakes and other sources of water with a golden reflection. The waves made it appear as if it were sparkling, tossing back and forth with slow graceful movements beneath the warming light. Around them were joined land, grasses and amounts of Earth to accompany at their sides throughout so long and within the taller portions of weeds lay a figure of both white and black, though shined with two light blue orbs. The creature did not stir or come to even peek up to see if anyone had followed, for they knew the animals of the wild and disguise were not anywhere to coming near them at that hour. The littlest of shifts in her position could be made by only the balancing between weight of both large paws. Her claws pressed into the ground and kneaded at the dirt along with her back paws and soon brushed against it was the slight flick of her long tail. Her body was lean and carved beautifully with age like fine wine, just as would her other set of suits would be if she were to change. In her pale sights was but of only a mere potential meal - a beady eyed creature to the size of perhaps a large dog with thin-curved antlers upon their head. Their legs were as skinny as her humanized wrists, but their worth of satisfying a hunger could not be compared to any other. The delectable group of prey ate away at the grasses as the predator moved in, her large paws silently making her way forwards as she avoided all causes to making a sound to disturb it's peace. Her tongue rolled over the side of her cheek where the skin covered her jaw, feeling the insides of her mouth become salivated with impatience as they could only imagine what a meal of the wild could taste like again. Locking sights to the creature, she pounced from the haven of the hunting meadow weeds and sharpened her claws quickly enough to then latch onto the target. The antelope cried out in pain for the others to run for safety before the beastly feline could do any worse to their herd. The tigress had managed to however keep her hold and eventually snapped the neck of the prey with one quick whip of her head, sending the pulse to stop almost instantly after the deed was done to begin her feast of the hour.
The sun sank lower with the time she spend slaughtering the prize she captured, skinning the pelt from it's body and taking her share as needed to get her by, - as a tiger was to naturally receive a large amount of food a day- and then put the leftovers for the carnivores of the pack to eat in the pile. Soon enough the seasons will be shifting into much colder times and the stockpile will need to be fully restored for them to have in the case of misunderstanding events occurring. Eden had reminded herself several times once things blow over to schedule certain clan events such as that, but knew it was best for the rest to at first get acquainted with each over before doing any professional greetings. As she made it way back to her den, she shifted into her human form, looked to the time and paused, taking a few minutes to think of what to do next before she looked to her phone. A picture of a handsome tiger with green eyes was her wallpaper, making her softly smile as she grabbed it and looked through her contacts. There was many to chose from, but sadly, it could not be the tiger she so helplessly wished was there. Only then did she stop scrolling beneath the 'L' category of names to see a familiar one in it's row. Lucian. She bit her lip while reading his name on repeat like as if she were going blind and could not completely see it if it were real or not. She had almost forgotten about the Alpha; the leader of Werewolves, and the fact that after their long night of running from evil spirits they had exchanged numbers before they parted close to her territories from walking her near to homeland's borders. Taking a chance, Eden took a large breath and slid the screen over to press a button for messaging, sending her thumbs over the keyboard with light tapping noises, Meet me @ Theatre Grand in 1 hr.(; See ya there, -E. As the message was sent, the leader threw her phone onto the couch and dashed away to take a shower, get dressed and whatever else to look at least presentable besides being covered in animal blood and nature from playing outside. When finished, Eden sprayed herself in a light perfume to help rid the scent, but groaned as she could still smell it even with after taking a shower and scrubbing herself down. Now she would really smell like an animal, Peachy, just peachy..., she thought sarcastically. She wore her platinum hair down as normal in long waves, refusing to straighten it as she was running out of time, and along with that, a pair of white skinny jeans and a black tank top to show off her new tattoo. Before leaving, she grabbed her keys and phone and took one glance to her home, then walking back out to head near the city.
Eden strolled blissfully inside the building and looked around for any others. It had seemed that on Mondays, everyone had gone to work, and barely anyone was to be around during these times. She would of said it was a pity, but in all truth, she kinda liked that she would have the place to herself before the Alpha male got here, that is, unless he already was. Not bothering to look anyway, she knew that he would come to her, as he had a stronger sense of smell, and went over to choose the tickets for a movie called 'Beastly'. The tigress had come to like the moral of the story, for she had read the book many times in her life, and almost at one time began to write her own version of the story, only using other people from her life to compare them instead. There had been many copies in the movie-making business for the subject, just as a lot were with the little imagination most people had these days. If only there were a way to go back in time, she would, and meet all the original versions when they were first made and see them. Perhaps they will soon, they already have invented so many wonderful gadgets and do-dads, why not a time-machine, man's most dreamed device? She shook her head and sighed before taking the candies from the cashier and wondered as she walked on back to the lonesome theater. The rows were all lined with identical chairs and floored with a soft, burgundy velvet carpet, lights planted into the sides to make it easier for them to see where they walked. She sat in the forth row from the front, not really being one to sit in the very front as it made her neck hurt sometimes to look up and sometimes messed with her vision when looking so close. Blue eyes were the most fragile eye color after all, and already she's done enough staring in one day at the books she wrote. Sometimes there was a point where enough was enough, she thought. She set her phone next to her on the armrest of her chair and propped her feet up on the chair in front of her to get comfy, tilting her head back with her eyes shut for the commercials to get through as well as pass the time before Lucian would arrive.

| The canine Alpha moved about his den, wandering from one side of it to the other. His hands tucked inside his plaid robe which wrapped itself around his body tight, keeping the warmth within. Though he was not fearing of the chill from the early morning, nor ever after that, he liked the appearance of him in a robe. The way it moved with him, made his life seem a little more important. Lucian liked how free he could feel and yet how covered he was. In the event he brought a female home with him, he would have the joys of showing her his lack of clothes beneath the robe itself. He finally planted his behind in the comforts of his couch. His eyes moved to find the remote, grabbing it with his hand as his body rested. Taking a deep breath, he paused and looked to the TV. He searched through the channels, finally finding a documentary on shifters. He released a chuckle as he listened to the humans perceptions of the beasts, curious to what they thought of his own kind. They shared images of large vicious man-eating bears, with claws longer than normal and beady little eyes. They forced the humans to believe that shifters were dumb or just plain violent. But in the night of his first meeting with the Regina, he knew that to be false. Eden had captivated his mind from the first moment he smelled her. They spent the night with one another in the club and after their race from the clutches of those past, he walked her to her boundary line. He watched as she shifted to her primal form and headed home, her tail swaying to and fro as her hips rolled through the jungle. It had been a while since they lest spoke, and was startled by the vibrations in his pocket. He reached into the deep pocket of his robe and retrieved the cellular device with one hand. Lifting it to his eye level, he stared at the screen. The very Regina he had been thinking about had texted him. She wanted to see him. She possibly wanted more. Quickly he moved from the soft cushions of his couch and headed for his wardrobe. He went through closet space and drawers, trying to find the perfect outfit. He dressed himself in a timely manner, shifted to his primal form and raced from the Werewolf pack lands.
Once nearing the neutral lands of the city, he shifted back to his dashing and all too handsome self. He cleaned up his clothes, making them look more presentable, as he purchased his ticket for the only movie they were showing at this hour. The theatre seemed to be dead at this time, something which pleased the Alpha. Once his ticket was purchased, he moved to the theatre itself. It was empty and bare, only the seats covered in velvet rested in rows before him. The walls held the glow of small lights, but his eyes looked to the top of the seats, the very back row. It was dark there, the perfect place for the two creatures to watch the movie without disruption. He walked up the steps, making his way to the far corner, shrouded in darkness. He sat and waited, watching actors on the screen speak of their movies which were already in production. He pulled out his phone, playing a favored application he had on it. But before long, he found himself a guest, a beautiful one. Eden found her seat rows before his. He watched her, wondering if she was going to notice he had already been sitting in the room with her. When she leaned back and got comfortable, he smiled and quietly moved over the seats like a shadow. He stopped in the row directly behind her and leaned in slowly to kiss her revealed neck. "Good day Regina, and what a pleasant surprise it is. You are looking extra lovely today," he said gently as he smiled to her and jumped over the row to sit beside her. "I beat you here, was sitting right up there," he said as he pointed to his darkened corner. "So what is this movie about, anyways?

| Her nose twitched at the hair ever so slightly as the air around her seemed steamed and radiated with a strange scent. It was almost welcoming, but a surge of it made the end of her spine send warning tingles upwards to reach her mind. Before she could even bother to open her eyes and slowly look around for danger, a soft touch pressed to her neck, in which was fumed by only the same scent ten times stronger than before. It was Lucian, "It's a pleasure to hear your voice once more, dear Alpha. Tell me, what have you been keeping yourself doing this whole time while I am simply away to my duties in leading my race?" A small smile curled at her lips as she easily opened her wide blue eyes to see his shining face, rolling them slightly as she listened and watched at how simply his body moved with one leap over the benches. Eden followed the direction of where he pointed to the corner of the theater and sighed with defeat of how foolish of noticing her surroundings she could be sometimes, "I am no match for your wise old tricks, perhaps with a private lesson, you could teach the tigress a better thing or two. I am but only a sliver of your age, after all, and the help will be duly noted and appreciated." The shifter leader leaned her head in an innocent gesture to rest over his shoulder, batting her long lashes to give off a more vulnerable impression as she playfully smiled into his green gaze. Even with the smallest touch to him, her limbs felt as if they were on fire. It was pleasant at how warm the beastly individuals could be, and that even when they're in their human suits. Few shifters as well had that ability, but not as captivating as the creatures that walked at enormous heights and had the strength only a mere other would wish for. She then desperately moved away, leaving her words at that as she meant two different cases. It made her smirk silently to herself to think that the original lycan could teach her some new things; that being either intimate or professional benefits. Either one, she would be very pleased, just as long as he was the one providing it for her.
"The movie.." She stated softly, turning her head back to see Lucian's face staring into her own. The angular tone to his jaw and that of the color withheld to his eyes was enough to stand, but she could almost find herself drowning within them if she let herself come to such a defeated state. Why did he have to look the way he did, she thought bitterly, quickly dismissing the negativity as she really had not meant it. A light shade of pink for pausing so long rose to her cheeks before she distracted herself to look at the theater's screen, "It's uh.. about, well, a guy actually. He's quite arrogant, and selfish to the people that surround him at his school. He believes beautiful people get it better than everyone else, and that is how life should be. Everyone with a strange point of view, or has an ugly appearance should be ridden from the world. But one night, a witch turns him into that of a beast, as he had made a mockery of her appearance before the crowd of those who praised him." Her eyes traveled away from the screen and to his hand, seeing hers rested over her stomach while his was placed upon the velvety seat's armrest. Then her gaze averts to his, the blue of her irises dimming slightly before returning back to their normal intensity, "His father wanted nothing to do with him, and actually tried all over New York to find a doctor to have his looks repaired. He only cared for appearance, not what his son thought..The only way to reverse the curse was to find someone to love him for who he was, and not the beast he appears to be on the outside. True love, not an act of desperate persuasion, and he only has a year before the curse becomes permanent. " She smiled, finding a bit of irony between Lucian really being a beast in the inside, but both beautiful inside and out, "And when he does, he exiles himself from her having to see him. The man had rescued the woman one night from a robber, as her pathetic abusive father had not payed for his drugs. In order to make up the deal, the girl's father agreed to trade his daughter for drug money, as he never loved her and loved his own life more. When the deed was done, the 'beastly' man took her in. Gave her all she needed to make her feel at home, handing her books and together they were home-schooled. He wrote poetry to win her, then eventually unveiled the hood that hid his features so that she could see the real him. And she fell in love with him. Not for his wealth, not for his voice, not for his looks - but for him, the real him that had become so tender and caring for the people who treated him with care in return. They kissed, and the curse was released, surprising the girl to see that it was the rude boy all along a year ago that had been assumed to be dead from his school..." Glancing to the floor, she sheepishly grinned at her choice of movie and shrugged so that Lucian thought she didn't pick it to hint at anything about him. She really did like the movie, and hoped that the werewolf would at least get her opinion that she liked him for him, and not the beast he might see himself as. She had no qualms with the race, and actually found them to be beautiful creatures, "I think you'd like it.." The lights dimmed, and the opening credits began to appear across the screen as they showed some angles of the city where the movie took place.

| Sitting so close to her now, she rested her head against his shoulder. He smiled to her, staring into her bright blue eyes, glistening from the lights of the silver screen before them. The advertisements rolled across the screen, though the Alpha cared little for then. He was more interested in the beautiful goddess resting beside him. When she turned to look to him, he wanted so badly to press his lips to hers, but first kisses would have to wait. If one thing was to be said about Lucian, he was full of surprises. "Eden, I have been rather busy, building wonderful gadgets to discover the locations of those who breathe, but have a lifeless look upon their cheeks. I have also been watching the humans, eyeing their plans and passing the time by making my own plans. Ones which closely relate to you and your kind.. If you really must know.." he said with a smirk. He wanted an alliance with the shifters and had been thinking it over for far too long than he could even recall. Perhaps it was from the first night the two had met, but he was not for certain. "Please allow us to leave the numbers out of this, age is only a number, used merely for the humans as they count their years for no direct purpose other than to see how many years they have left. I may be up there in the chronological order, but I am far from 'old'. I would love to teach you my secrets, but that of course must be accompanied over dinner before I share my abilities with such an angel. Allow me to take you to dinner, my treat, and I shall share with you things I have learned thousands of years ago." Pulling the attention back to the movie, she spoke. As she talked, he interjected his own opinions and words associating with it as she moved through the take. "A movie about a handsome devil? I think I shall enjoy this movie greatly.. Though I don't think I know anyone who fits that bill. Here is one man though, they call him Alpha and I hear he is rater dashing.." he chuckled as he winked to her playfully. She continued with the story, listening to it. When she spoke of the father, Lucian could not help to think of the bastard that had abandoned he and his mother, even before he was born. What a douchebag. Lucian had hoped he would one day be able to see his father, but knew if he did something like that, he would kill him and eat his intestines for lunch. But as she continued to speak of the movie, he found himself looking over her body, thinking of their night together. The movie would be a way to see just how much the Regina would allow him to get away with. He did not catch the hints of her attraction towards him, not the irony of the movie before him. He was too captivated with the woman to his side. Her scent overpowered his mind, forcing him to think if only her. "Well, it sounds like it will be a wonderful movie.." he whispered as the music started to play loudly and the room grew darker than before. His hand snaked across the arm rest and held tight to her hand, intertwining their fingers together as he turned to watch the movie.[/color] | |

| Eden slightly bit her lower lip as she felt the beastly one's touch glide over her very hand and hold it between his warmth, allowing her fingers to clasp through his in a sorts of weaving until they were tightly held together. She smiled at it in a foolish, school girl sort of way before sheepishly looking up at the screen to distract her from staring at him any more than she had, "Dinner sounds... nice. Perhaps we could discuss some things worth knowing about. I am willing to tell you all there is of our race and more, just as long as you return it, Lucian," Her words were hushed, even if there was no one else in the theater, she felt automatically inclined to whisper what she said to him, "I am already anticipating all there is for you to tell of your stories.. What it must like to live through so many passing times of history, both joyous and cruel.. I'm a sap for those kind of things. You'd be surprise.." She chuckled at the hinted playfulness in the wise one's tone as he pleasantly enjoyed the fact of how easy it was to compliment himself. The tigress never knew of this, however, she never held that ability to freely enjoy herself or call herself wonderful things of encouragement or fun. The only think she knew she was best at so far was having lasted so long of being alone to finally achieve the ability to gather and collect her race. She wished she had found that strength or power much sooner, for then her life would not remain so empty. Another accounted power she had gained was being an individual and being proud for who she was and what she did to be the person she was instead of what the humans sought to find in her race. She was not a harmful, large feline the morals saw as danger; no, she was far from that actually, and truly despised those who never gave her the chance to prove them wrong, "But there's something you have yet to notice.. This man, or devil to what you speak of is not of evil descent or at all indifferent of being kind. He on the inside is warm and gentle and caring.. and woman falls in lo-.."
The tigress abruptly tensed in her spot to feel her back pocket vibrate, causing her to lightly sit up in her seat a bit straighter as she tried hard not to fidget. She released the man's hand and reached into her pocket while leaning forwards, pulling it out to see the screen had lit up with the image of Diallo in human form tangled in her sheets from her bed. Her blue eyes were practically blinded by the brightness until they adjusted to the lightning around it, taking her finger to swipe across the screen and look at the message he had sent her. It was a video, with a text above it saying that he missed her. As she watched the little clip, she giggled quietly to herself while oblivious to what went on around her. It was him playing with her guard dog, Diesel, a pit-bull with bright blue eyes she once found as a pup trapped under debris of a junkyard. When it was over, Eden happily replied that she missed him more and that she was busy so she couldn't text him back anymore. Putting it away, she returned her gaze to Lucian with one much brighter and gleeful, smiling wide as if nothing had changed at all, "Once the movie is over, we can take my car. But.. I'm kinda lost around these parts, you'll probably have to be the GPS of this evening." Eden giggled and held her hand over her mouth to make her quit before leaning back into her seat. She turned her head to the movie again, seeing at how the man, the main character, played his evil tricks on the witch and how she threatened him that his life would be over soon. She enjoyed the witch's personality over the arrogant other, and imagined the powers she could have if she were the wicked character that taught him the whole lesson based around the story.

| "There is not much I can tell you about my race which you cannot find within the chronicles the humans have created. They seem overly interested in my race, trying to create their own, as I had researched about yours and the Mora.." Silencing his voice, he smiled to her. "But I can tell you things you could never begin to imagine," he said with a smirk. Lucian had been listening to her speak of the movie, he thought for sure, but soon she stopped in her seat. her hand slipped from his to grab for her phone. Curious of who could be contacting her at this time, his old eyes glanced to the brightened tiny screen. The name "Diallo" appeared on the top and a picture he could call as stupid. At first, Lucian did not worry about this human wrapped in sheets. But when Eden had texted him a message and looked back at him with an even larger smile than before, the Alpha began to think about this "Diallo". Who was this male? Was he her boyfriend? Or perhaps just a human she was stringing along? He had no idea and as he thought on the issue of another man more, his hand clenched the empty seat to side of him. As his grasp tightened around the resting arm portion, it succumbed to his force and bent into a bizarre angle. Immediately releasing it, he turned his head to watch the movie, hoping the female did not see his jealousy flare as it had done. "I have a wonderful sense of direction, and can get anywhere you wish to go." The Alpha was trying to calm himself down, trying to think of anything he could in his mind, and found himself locking the demonic portion of his body into the back of his mind. If he shifted now, not only would things become broken in his path, but the humans would go all kinds of crazy for ruining a neutral zone. Calming his mind down, he watched the movie. Though he was no longer interested in it, he was more concerned with the mystery male from her text. "Diallo" would be a name he was going to find out more about. Acting nonchalantly, he leaned in close to her, as not to disturb any others from the movie, and whispered into her ear. "So when you got the text, was it of importance? Do you need to go or anything?" he was trying to get information from her, without directly asking her who the hell was texting her while they were together. | |

| Eden's eyes narrowed strangly at the scene of the movie. She had seen it many times before, but had never come to realize similarities she might of had with the terrified innocent girl wedged within the mess of her abusive father and being sent away to live in a stranger's home. Simpathy was felt highly for the girl, but Eden knew there was to be a happy ending for her. Then it made her think if she were ever to have a happy ending in reality. Eden had pictured herself always having a life with books, to write stories and go on many journies just to see what all she could learn. And now she had met the mesmerizing Alpha male himself, whom had lived centuries and centuries of her knowing. She would die just to know what all he had seen. The wars, the depression, the faces of many and iconic buildings that made the world go round. She bit her lip and thought of how great it must have been to see history unfold behind one's eyes. How magical, she mouthed to herself.
Her muscles stiffened in discomfort, shifting in her seat slowly to see as a breaking noise rang close in her sensitive ears. It was Lucian. Eden looked at the frustration roll into the grooves of his shoulders and slightly in his face. He looked almost beautiful, but she didn't say anything of that. She would come off naiive and stupid if she ever said that to anyone, let alone herself. Watching him, she was not afraid, slipping her hand gently over the one that was not clenched so tightly to the armrest to be intertwined once more with her fingers. Eden rubbed his back, shoulders and whatever else that felt knotted just to calm him down, "There... there.." She said gently, keeping her tone low enough for only him to hear. The beast was merely a figure of her imagination when she looked at him. There was beauty, fear, and strength in him she could sense. All he needed was a little tender loving care, a mother's love or one of a woman's. Perhaps that was it. Attention. She smiled and leaned her cheek back on his shoulder, nuzzling her nose gently against it before lifting it back up to see him. The irony of the movie at this point almost made her chuckle, as the beastly man finally revealed his face to the girl, and she had said to him she had seen worse. That made him smile, like for the first time he had finally felt accepted for who he was. Eden looked at Lucian's hand locked with hers and grinned happily before turning her complete attention away from the movie all together. She turned it out with her natural animal-like gifts, "I'm all yours, Wolfie. The text message was nothing. Just one of my Bellators. I told him I'm with someone and I can't text him back... so if I turn off my phone, we are free to do anything you wish." She winked playfully and slowly leaned down in her movie seat to grab her purse from the ground, her hand still holding his as she finally stood up. Jiggling her keys, they made a musical little tap as the metal clicked for his attention. "Where to? I'll drive." she said with a smirk, helping him stand up, or actually tugging him by her little strength as he still sits in his seat, probably laughing at her. She giggled again and twisted herself around in a twirl usually seen between two individuals on a dance floor. Her body was silloetted against the movie screen, blocking the actors with the shadow of her movements twirling within his arms. She smiled foolishly as she stopped and hopped along back up the aisle, her shoes clicking behind her. "Come on, it'll be fun." Eden called smoothly over her shoulder.

| As her hand moved across his body and grabbed his hand, interlocking their fingers with one another, he released his grip on the arm of the chair. He calmed slightly, holding hers instead and looked to the Regina as she calmed him with her words. It was rare for anyone to be able to calm the Alpha male down. There had been one female who could do it, only one. But she was no longer here. It seemed her talents had rubbed off on another. Perhaps she was meant to be in his life, but Lucian would not think of such things so quickly. He was smart to know love was a dangerous game, giving into another to allow them full control over your mind and heart was a powerful and yet, magical thing all at once. Lucian allowed her to take control this time, knowing full well that it was for the best. Relaxing he could feel the beast being caged once more, pulling back from the aggression and anger. Resting her cheek against him, he looked down at her, leaning to kiss the top of her head and whisper to her, "thank you.." Again she reassured him to calm him. He was just one of her "Bellators", whatever that was.. But Lucian thought nothing of it. Any member should go to their leader for help or support. That was how it was. He was slightly happy that she answered his message now, knowing that he needed something from her. When she wanted to leave, he would be ready. Little did he know that she wanted to leave now. But perhaps this was better for the two of them. "There's a little cafe, not too far from here actually. We can go there and talk if you wish? I think it would be a better scene, than here anyway." He looked up to the screen and back to her as she stood and walked down the aisle. His eyes watched her body, the silhouette against the silver screen. People had filled the theatre since they had come in together, and few made comments for them to sit down, but he ignored them, keeping his eyes on her. He held her hand still, following close after her, closing the distance between them. His hand moved to her waist as she walked, holding her close. As they walked out of the theatre together, Lucian opened the door for her. He was not a complete monster, knowing full well that he had to be a gentleman to secure a future with this woman if he really wanted it. Lucian would do his very best to keep her happy and intrigued by him. The two moved through the city streets, Lucian telling her small tales of his tree climbing days and how they had come to an end. As they reached the cafe, he opened the door for her, and walked in after. [We can continue here, or we can start a new thread, your call.] | |
